Welcome to Duer Does It Green LLC. By requesting or using our services, you agree to the following terms. These are designed to ensure clear expectations, consistent service, and a professional experience for all clients.

1. Services

Duer Does It Green LLC provides residential and commercial landscaping services throughout Clark County, including Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas.

Services may include:

  • Landscape design and installation

  • Routine maintenance (weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.)

  • Property clean-ups

  • Irrigation repair and installation

  • Tree trimming and plant care

All work will be outlined in a written estimate, proposal, or service agreement prior to starting.

2. Estimates & Scope of Work

  • Estimates are based on visible property conditions at the time of inspection.

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Approval (written, digital, or verbal) is required before work begins.

  • Any work requested outside the agreed scope will result in additional charges.

  • Unexpected conditions (hidden irrigation issues, root systems, etc.) may require adjustments to the estimate.

3. Scheduling & Property Access

  • Clients must provide clear and safe access to the property on scheduled service days.

  • If access is blocked (locked gates, pets, etc.), a missed service fee may apply.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Larger projects may require a deposit before work begins.

  • Late payments may result in:

    • Late fees

    • Suspension of services

    • Collection actions if necessary

Duer Does It Green LLC reserves the right to pause or cancel services for unpaid balances.

5. Cancellations & Service Changes

  • Routine service cancellations require 24–48 hours notice.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • Project deposits may be non-refundable once materials are purchased or labor is scheduled.

6. Property Conditions & Liability

Clients are responsible for:

  • Identifying property boundaries

  • Disclosing irrigation systems, utilities, and known hazards

Duer Does It Green LLC is not responsible for damage to:

  • Unmarked or improperly installed irrigation lines

  • Hidden utilities or structures

  • Pre-existing conditions on the property

We perform all work with care, but landscaping involves inherent risks.

7. Plant, Materials & Installation

  • Plant survival is not guaranteed due to environmental factors such as:

    • Weather

    • Soil conditions

    • Watering practices

    • Pests or disease

  • Irrigation systems are installed for efficiency, but ongoing maintenance is the client’s responsibility.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment where applicable.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure quality results, clients agree to:

  • Maintain proper watering schedules

  • Provide access to water and utilities

  • Communicate concerns in a timely manner

Failure to properly maintain landscaping may affect long-term results.

9. Photo & Marketing Release

By accepting services, the client grants Duer Does It Green LLC permission to:

  • Take photos/videos of the property for documentation and marketing

  • Use before-and-after images on our website, social media, and promotional materials

We will never share personal identifying information (such as names or addresses) without permission.

10. Commercial & HOA Services

For commercial properties and HOA clients:

  • Service schedules, scope, and pricing will be defined in a separate agreement if applicable

  • Ongoing contracts may include additional terms for billing cycles, site requirements, and service standards

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • Payment terms are not met

  • Working conditions are unsafe

  • There is inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward staff

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
